Our fall election series invites leading thinkers to reflect on key issues for health in the 2024 election.

“SPH Reads” is a community wide reading program hosted annually by the BUSPH Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice. It aims to encourage critical thought and discussion centered on a carefully chosen thought-provoking book. The Fall 2024 selection is Strangers in Their Own Land: Anger and Mourning on the American Right by Arlie Russell Hochschild, Professor Emerita of Sociology at University of California, Berkeley.
